14-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order for items in our [Tested] / Ready to Shoot category. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase for any reason within this timeframe. Please note that items from the "Discounted lenses / As-Is" category are final sale and non-refundable (subject to EU consumer rights below).
Order Cancellations
You may also cancel your order before it has been shipped by submitting a cancellation request through your customer account.
How to Request a Return

Return Shipping Costs & Locations
The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We strongly require using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without it.
- US Buyers: You do not need to ship the lens back to Ukraine. You can easily mail your return to our partner warehouse in Miami, FL at standard US domestic rates.
- EU & International Buyers: Returns must be shipped back to our workshop in Ukraine.
Condition of Returned Items & Refund Details (Non-EU Customers)
The item must be returned in its exact original condition. Once the item safely arrives and is inspected, we will issue a refund within 5-7 business days.
For non-EU customers, we will refund the cost of the item only. Original shipping costs and any import customs duties are non-refundable.
Special Terms for EU Customers (Right of Withdrawal)
If you are a resident of the European Union, the following mandatory rights apply to your purchase under EU law, overriding any conflicting terms above:
- 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: You have the right to return ANY item (including "Sale & As-Is" items) within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without providing any reason.
- Diminished Value: You are allowed to inspect and handle the lens to establish its nature and functioning (as you would in a retail shop). However, you are liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary. If the lens is returned damaged or misused, a deduction will be applied to your refund.
- Refund Timeline & Costs: We will refund the full cost of the item and the standard original shipping cost within 14 days of being notified of your return. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the item back in Ukraine or you have provided valid proof of return shipping.
