Shipping & Payment Info

📦 Shipping & Dispatch

Which countries do you ship to?

We offer international shipping worldwide. The majority of our customers are located in the US, Europe, and Asia.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated international delivery time is generally 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your region. Please note that these are estimates only: we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, as it heavily depends on postal services and customs processing times.

Do you provide a tracking number?

Yes, all shipments include a tracking number. You will receive it via email once your order has been handed over to the postal service.

Customs Duties and Taxes

By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, handling fees, and any other governmental or carrier-imposed charges arising from the importation of the purchased goods into the destination country (collectively, the "Import Charges") shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product listing, checkout page, shipping method description, or order confirmation, all orders are shipped on a duties-and-taxes-unpaid basis, and Import Charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges paid to the Seller.

Where a product listing, shipping method, or checkout process explicitly states that duties and taxes are included in the purchase price or shipping cost (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid), the applicable Import Charges will be paid by the Seller on behalf of the Buyer to the extent specified in such offer.

The Buyer agrees to timely pay all applicable Import Charges required for customs clearance and delivery of the goods. Failure or refusal to pay such charges may result in delays, storage fees, return of the shipment, abandonment, destruction of the goods, or other actions taken by customs authorities or carriers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, if the Buyer refuses delivery, fails to pay Import Charges, or otherwise causes the shipment to be returned, abandoned, or destroyed, the Seller shall have no obligation to refund any amounts paid for the goods, shipping costs, customs charges, return shipping fees, storage fees, handling fees, or any other costs incurred in connection with the order.

The Seller shall not be liable for any delays, additional costs, penalties, confiscations, or other actions taken by customs authorities or governmental agencies in the destination country.

What happens if a package is delayed?

International logistics can sometimes face unpredictable delays, especially during holiday seasons. If a package is delayed in transit, we can file a search request with the postal service on our end, but we have no ability to speed up the actual delivery process.

Who pays customs duties and taxes?

The buyer is fully responsible for any import duties, taxes (including Sales Tax or VAT), and fees that may be levied by customs or the laws of the destination country.

💳 Payments & Orders

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments via PayPal and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

Disclaimer

This store is integrated with the Western Bid™ e-commerce platform, and Western Bid, Inc. is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made in this store. Therefore, you will see "WESTERN BID" listed as the payee on your PayPal account and credit card statement.

Can I cancel my order?

An order can only be canceled and refunded before it has been physically dispatched. Once the package has been handed over to the postal carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.

🔍 Condition of Vintage Optics

What does the READY TO SHOOT (Tested & Verified) condition mean?

Lenses in this category have undergone professional maintenance (Cleaned, Lubricated, Adjusted) and are in excellent technical and cosmetic condition. However, please remember that these optics are 50+ years old — they cannot be identical to brand-new, factory-sealed equipment and may show minor signs of age.

What does the AS IS category mean?

Lenses marked "AS IS" are sold in their original, untouched condition, with no intervention, restoration, or maintenance on our part. They may have internal dust, cosmetic flaws, stiff mechanics, or require repair. By purchasing an "AS IS" item, you assume all risks regarding its condition. We do not accept claims regarding the functionality or condition of "AS IS" items.

Is there dust inside the lenses?

Microscopic dust inside the lens block or tiny air bubbles in the glass itself are completely normal for vintage optics. This is a byproduct of mid-20th-century manufacturing technologies and does not affect the final image quality.

Do the photos on the website match the actual product?

Yes, we photograph each item individually. The photos are an integral part of the product description and condition report. Please review them carefully before making a purchase.

Will this lens fit my modern digital camera?

Vintage optics require special adapters to be mounted on modern digital camera bodies. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to check compatibility and choose the correct adapter for their specific system.

🔄 Returns & Warranties

What is your return policy?

We stand behind the quality of our gear and care about our customers' needs, which is why returns are never a problem in our store. We want you to be confident in your purchase.

If for any reason the item doesn't suit you, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

🌟 Easy US Returns

To make the return process fast and affordable, we have partnered with a warehouse in Miami, FL, USA. You do not need to pay for expensive international shipping back to Ukraine!

  • You can simply mail the item back to our Miami location at standard US domestic carrier rates.
  • Once the item is received at the warehouse in its original condition, you will receive your money back (minus the domestic US shipping costs).

Please note: original international shipping costs are non-refundable, and "AS IS" items remain final sale.

Do you provide a warranty on the gear?

Because we sell vintage, used equipment from the mid-20th century, we do not offer long-term warranties on its operation once the buyer begins using it. The item is guaranteed to match its description at the time of sale and delivery.

How can I contact you?

You can reach us via email or our social media channels. We strive to answer all customer inquiries as quickly as possible during regular business days.
